Sales Policies:
All food sales are final. No return or exchanges.  Sales Tax of 8.25% will be charged to all California residents.  Red Dragon Chinese Restaurant reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.


Price Policies:
Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. With respect to items sold by Red Dragon Chinese Restaurant, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items may be price mistake.  In that case, we have the rights to cancel and refuse the order.  We will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
